Hi everyone!! I’m so happy to be able to share 3 easy tips on how to transition your bedroom for a simple refresh during month of LOVE!
I can’t believe the last time that I shared my bedroom with you was over Christmas! You can see our Christmas refresh here!
My bedroom colors are typically blush pink and periwinkle blue, so as I brought these colors back after Christmastime, I just added a few small tweaks to make it perfect for Valentine’s!
I’ve listed a few small tips to give your room a Valentine’s refresh below! <3
- Add some pink, white and red pillows! BONUS if they’re heart shaped!
If you’re looking for a very simple way to switch up your bedroom during the seasons, I recommend starting with a neutral base, and add color with the accessories. My bed and bedding are white, and I swap out the pillows and throws depending on the time of the year! I’ve linked some cute pillow options for you below!
2. Add some pink, white or red florals (fresh or fake are fine!)
Each room you decorate needs to have LIFE in it! Or at least the illusion of life…giggle : ) I absolutely love fresh florals, but they do require a lot of upkeep. Instead, another option is to find some faux florals that look real and you won’t have to worry about swapping them out throughout the month!
3. Swap out one of the largest focal points…. the rug!
I am SO IN LOVE with this rug!!!! When I was searching online for small pieces I could swap out in the room I decided to see if I could find a cute light pink rug.
