I know times are a little more difficult for many people this year, so I want to do what I can to help make celebrating Easter with your family a little easier! Luckily, there are a lot of great sales going on, which means you can still create fun Easter baskets for your family at an affordable price point!

With that said, I do think it’s important to remember two things. 1) The meaning behind why we celebrate Easter, and 2) That Easter doesn’t have to be made special by “things”.

Each year in our family we hide the children’s Easter baskets and they are sent on a scavenger hunt to find them! What they’ enjoy the most each year isn’t necessarily what’s inside the Easter baskets, but the anticipation of the scavenger hunt and the fun we all have as a family searching for them! One thing I’ve taken away after years of celebrating Easter with your children is, creating fun family traditions your children can look forward to each year trumps any “thing” you can give them. They’ll forget what’s in the basket…but they’ll remember the feelings that come along with happy family memories and traditions.
