Halloween Gets Electrified!

You can take your Halloween decor to the next level by adding a little electricity!!

I am absolutely CRAZY for these lighted canvas prints, this motion-detected typewriter, and my spooky living room mantle!

Ok, you may or may not have seen these lighted canvas pictures…. but if you haven’t, let me blow your mind! They are so cool! I need to figure out how to make this blog do video, but until then work with me for a second while I try to create a picture in your mind. Giggle : ) The witch’s cauldron looks like it is brewing, spewing and steaming as the green light bubbles up and down, the candelabra’s flames ACTUALLY flicker and provide candlelight ambiance to my dining room, and the tea lights in the pumpkins dance inside, giving life to any room!!!

Now for the “spookiest” typewriter in town! I saw this online and I couldn’t resist!! This typewriter has a motion sensor, and every time someone walks by, it starts typing out “Help! Help!”. I have the cutest little nook I put it in, and it gives people a little jump every time they walk by! Can you even stand it?!

And last but not least…in my living room I have a television over my mantle that rotates through all of my family photos. I absolutely LOVE looking up, and seeing the memories fill my living room!

During the Halloween season though, I switch the photos out to display our Halloween memories! It’s so much fun to reminisce on past Halloweens, and it’s SO easy to do! Not to mention, your kids will love seeing that embarassing costume you dressed them in before they were old enough to have any decision power…..giggle : )

It’s always fun to add a little electricity to things…don’t you think?!
